A compulsory CA$ 60 'per vehicle' vehicle preparation fee is payable at pick-up time. This covers your initial provision of propane gas, toilet paper and toilet chemicals.
If you also require a transfer to be organised by the rental company the higher fee of CA$ 120 will be payable then instead. It is important that the rental company is made aware of your need for a transfer in advance of the pick-up date, preferably at least the day before your pick-up date. For further details regarding transfers please refer to the section 'Pick-up/Drop-off' / 'Transfers'.
For hires of 3 weeks or more that end in Toronto Owasco will reimburse the camping ground accommodation costs for the last night (receipt required).
For hires of 3 weeks or more that end in Vancouver Go West will cover the costs for the final night's accommodation at the Cariboo camping ground in Burnaby. You will receive a voucher for this from Go West when you pick up the motorhome.
If you rent for 3 weeks or more and drop off the vehicle in Calgary and spend your final night at the Calgary West Campground Go West will reimburse the costs for this night. If you wish to take advantage of this offer please discuss this with the Go West staff at pick-up time.
The All Inclusive Option includes the following provisions on top of those already included in the base rental rates. If required, you can add this to your booking during the online booking / quotation process.

- CDR Insurance with an excess ranging between CA$ 500 - 5,000 per incident
- Vehicle preparation fee
- Transfers (see 'Pick-up/Drop-off' / 'Transfers' for details)
- Initial provision of propane gas, toilet paper and toilet chemicals
- Equipment kit for all passengers
- For hires between 27-44 days: 5% off the daily rental rates
- For hires of 42 days or more: 10% off the daily rental rates
These discounts apply to the daily rates and all inclusive option only, not for optional extras such as kilometre packages, etc.
All prices are calculated by adding all rental days together, allowing for the number of days that fall within each 'season'. The pick-up and drop-off days are added together and counted as one day, i.e. only nights are counted in the same way that hotels charge on a per night basis.
The cancellation fees apply as stated in Motorhome Bookers' booking conditions.
If the vehicle is collected later than the pick-up day booked, or returned earlier than booked no refunds will be provided.
