This option is only available in advance with your booking and cannot be added at pick-up.
The all inclusive option includes the following provisions in addition to those already included in the standard flex rates.
- Vehicle preparation fee
- Kitchen kit and personal kits for all passengers
- SLI public liability insurance cover, increasing third-party liability up to a total of US$ 1 million
You can choose between the All inclusive option with or without unlimited miles.
To book either all inclusive option, simply select it from the specials on the left-hand side of the El Monte section on our website www.motorhomebookers.com.
A minimum hire of 10 days applies for the All Inclusive option without unlimited miles. For the All Inclusive option with unlimited miles, the minimum hire period is 13 days.
El Monte is offering the following long-hire discounts:
- 5% off the daily rate for hires of 26 - 31 nights
- 7% off the daily rate for hires of 32 nights or more
This discount CAN be combined with the El Monte Winter Specials and Early Booker Specials we are offering and will be automatically factored into the total price by our online quoting / booking tool. The Long-Hire Discount is not applicable for bookings including the All Inclusive Option.
For flex rate bookings the following applies: The flex rate that is available at the time of booking for the first rental day determines the daily rental rate for the entire rental period up to the 40th day. Rentals of more then 40 days are on request only.
Pick-up and drop-off days are counted as one day in total, i.e. each rental night is used for the price calculation in the same way this is done by hotels. To find out which flex rate is currently valid for the vehicle you are interested in, just click for a price calculation for the desired rental duration. The flex rate is calculated by the rental company on the basis of supply and demand and is adjusted every Monday.
Note: If you wish to make any changes to your booking, the booking will be re-calculated by using either the original flex rate or the flex rate that applies at the time of the booking change, depending on which rate is higher.
The following situations are classified as booking alterations.
- Change of date for vehicle pick-up or drop-off
- Change of location (depot) for vehicle pick-up or drop-off
- Change of vehicle category
- Name change
The cancellation fees apply as stated in Motorhome Bookers' booking conditions.
If the vehicle is collected later than the pick-up day booked, or returned earlier than booked no refunds will be provided.
