A compulsory vehicle preparation fee of US$ 189 per vehicle is payable when you pick up your motorhome. Between 01 Apr - 30 Sep the higher fee of US$ 249 per vehicle applies if you pick up on a Saturday or Monday.
The fee includes the following:
- Initial provision of propane gas and toilet chemicals
- Transfer from designated airport hotels only to the rental depot prior to pick-up and from the rental depot to the airport after drop-off. For details, please see the 'Pick-up/Drop-off' section.
Post-hire Cleaning
The rental company reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee with vehicles are returned with an excessively dirty interior (a fee for cleaning the outside of the vehicle is only charged if the exterior is extremely dirty). The toilet and waste water tank (if the rental vehicle has these) must be emptied and the gas and fuel tanks returned full or a further fee will be charged.
The option is available when you make your booking with us for hires on or after 01 Dec 07 but is not available at pick-up time.
The All Inclusive Price includes the following provisions in addition to thos included in the standart price:
- Vehicle preparation fee
- Convenience kits for all passengers
- ELVIP supplementary insurance option which reduces the level of the excess
Condition: a minimum hire of 13 days applies with this option.
Save time and avoid errors at pick-up time.
We will send you your travel documents a maximum of 8 weeks prior to your pick-up date. Included in these documents is an itinerary which contains a pre-registration link.
You can use this link to fill out your details required at pick-up time at your leisure and send these to Moturis online. The rental company can then prepare your rental agreement in advance of your arrival so that it is ready for you to sign as soon as you arrive to collect your vehicle, saving you valuable holiday time.
If you choose to use this service please note that the latest possible date to do this is 3 working days prior to your pick-up date.
The varying standard seasonal rates are used as the basis for the rental cost calculation.
Pick-up and drop-off days are counted as one day in total, i.e. each rental night is used for the price calculation in the same way that hotels do this. The nights will be calculated according to the price applicable for the 'season' in which the nights fall.
The cancellation fees apply as stated in Motorhome Bookers' booking conditions.
If the vehicle is collected later than the pick-up day booked, or returned earlier than booked no refunds will be provided.
