The vehicle must be returned with a clean interior, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. Waste water tanks and toilets need to be emptied prior to drop-off, otherwise further fees will apply.
This option includes the following provisions in addition to those included in the base rental rate. You can view the price for this and add this to your booking in the online quote/booking process on our website. The Price is also shown on the 'Rates' page in the Kea Campers Australia section on our website.

A 4WD recovery set is not included, but can be ordered for AU$ 75. For details please refer to the section 'Equipment & Extras' below.
*Broome exception: a one-way fee is always payable if you rent from/to Broome, unless you book the all inclusive supplement.
Please note that the Broome surcharge always applies, regardless of whether you book the all inclusive supplement or not, i.e. it is additional to any applicable one-way fees involving Broome.
- 50 - 74 day hires: 4% discount (5% from 01 Apr 09)
- 75 - 99 days: 7% (10% from 01 Apr 09)
- 100 days or more: 10% (15% from 01 Apr 09)
The discounts are always deducted off the rates that apply for rentals between 28-49 days.
For rentals 90 days or longer please contact us to calculate the discount for you, as the online system does not allow for this calculation.
Insider Info: For long hires of 50 days or more it is better to simply book the standard rates and the additional insurance 2 with NIL excess, camping table and chairs and (if required) baby/booster seats separately than to book the all inclusive option. The additional insurance is then only calculated for max. 50 days, whereas the all inclusive supplement is charged for every rental day regardless of the length of the rental.
For customers who rent vehicles on separate occations within one holiday - whether in Australia or New Zealand or both together, the long-hire discount applies for the total number of rental days.
- On the other hand, the payments made for the all inclusive option and the excess reduction insurance options are calculated individually, i.e. separately and rental for rental, although KEA charges for a maximum of 50 days for the additional insurance (paid at the depot), even if the rental lasts for 60, 70 or more days.
- The respective minimum hire period applies for each individual rental.
For one or several rentals within Australia the one-way fee(s) will be waived if the total combined rental duration is 21 days or more.
This rule also applies to multiple hires (2 or more), where they add up to 21 days. Even if two short
one-way hires add up to 21 days or more no one-way fee will be charged for either hire.
The only exception to this rule applies to Broome:
A one-way fee is always payable if you rent from/to Broome, unless you book the all inclusive supplement.
Please note that the Broome surcharge always applies on top of any one-way fees, regardless of whether you book the all inclusive supplement or not, i.e. it is additional to any applicable one-way fees involving Broome.
For all rentals the AU$ 275 one-way fee will be waived if:
- the rental period is 21 days or longer (special does not apply to one-way rentals from/to Broome)
- you book the all inclusive supplement which allows you to waive the one-way fee from/to Broome also.
Please note that the Broome surcharge of AU$ 750 will still be charged if you book from/to Broome, regardless of whether the one-way fee is also payable or not.
Each rental day corresponds to one calendar day, regardless of what time you collect or return the vehicle. Each rental day will be charged according to the price 'season' in which that day falls. The total price is calculated on the basis of how many days within each respective price 'season' are included in the total rental period.
The cancellation fees apply as stated in Motorhome Bookers' booking conditions.
If the vehicle is collected later than the pick-up day booked, or returned earlier than booked no refunds will be provided.
