This option can only be booked in advance, is charged for a maximum of 50 rental days and cannot be purchased on arrival. There are no long-hire discounts off these supplementary rates.

In addition to the provisions in the base rental rate, this option includes:
- The 'Excess Reduction Option 2' insurance supplement
- No Worries Cover which eliminates the excess completely (insured damages only)
- One-way fee (if normally applicable to the rental dates/locations)
- Taxi fare from airport to Maui branch upon vehicle collection (if receipt presented)
- 1 camping chair per person
- 1 camping table
- First LPG gas fill
- 1 baby/booster seat (this needs to be reserved in advance with your motorhome booking)
- 4WD outback safety kit (with 4WD rentals only)
Special 1:
For pick-ups after 01 Apr 09 that commence in Brisbane
- and finish in Adelaide, Alice Springs, Darwin, Melbourne or Sydney, cheaper rates will apply. These lower rates will automatically be factored into any applicable online quotes you obtain on www.motorhomebookers.com.
The long-hire discount still applies in combination with this deal. However, it cannot be combined with any other specials. The All Inclusive Option or alternatively the Excess Reduction Insurance options available locally are charged for no longer than 50 days per hire. This special is not available for the Spirit 4WD vehicle.
AND:
Special 2:
For single hires picking up in Brisbane and dropping off in Sydney no one-way fee will be charged (valued at AU$ 250). However, this special is not available for the Spirit 4WD vehicle.
- For 21 - 34 day rentals an 8% discount applies off the standard seasonal rental rates
- For 35+ days a 15% discount applies off these rates.
The discount is deducted off the 7-20 day standard rate.
NOTE: the all inclusive option cannot be discounted.
Multiple Hires
Should a customer have more than one consecutive rental they can be combined to qualify for longer-term hire discounts off the vehicle rate. Consecutive motorhome hire in Australia and New Zealand for both Maui and Britz can be combined to qualify if the vehicle collection date/s are within a 3-month period. For all rentals to qualify each booking needs to be made at the same time. If a customer makes another booking at a later time, the new booking can be combined to qualify if the vehicle collection date/s are within a 3-month period however, the original booking/s will only qualify for a discount if the booking/s are not already travelling or travelled.
For vehicles that pick up and drop off on the same day, the less expensive rental day will be free of charge. This also applies to the locally payable Excess Reduction Option or the all inclusive option (which is booked through Motorhome Bookers) if applicable. If multiple hires are within the same country and total days exceed 50 days only the maximum charge applicable to the Excess Reduction Option or the all inclusive option will apply. If combining a vehicle hire with another Maui vehicle that has a more expensive all inclusive option, the more expensive all inclusive supplement maximum cost is applied. In the instance where a Maui hire is being combined with a Britz hire and the packages have the all inclusive supplement these components cannot be combined to have a maximum charge applied. However, the vehicle rate can have a longer-term discount applied if applicable.
Please note that the Broome surcharge in Australia is charged for each individual rental where Broome is a component of the booking.
If multiple hires total more than 100 days these rates and terms do not apply. Requests for quotes/bookings of more than 100 days should be made with us first by email or phone.
Each rental day corresponds to one calendar day, regardless of what time you collect or return the vehicle. The total price is calculated on the basis of how many days within each respective price 'season' are included in the total rental period.
The cancellation fees apply as stated in Motorhome Bookers' booking conditions.
If the vehicle is collected later than the pick-up day booked, or returned earlier than booked no refunds will be provided.
