A compulsory CA$ 75 'per vehicle' preparation fee is payable at pick-up time. This covers your initial provision of propane gas, toilet paper and toilet chemicals.
The All Inclusive Option includes the following provisions in addition to those already included in the base rental rates:
- Vehicle preparation fee, including initial provision of propane gas, toilet paper and toilet chemicals
- Convenience kits for all passengers
- Transfers (for details please see 'Pick-up / Drop-off' section)
- 100 km / day package
If interested, you can add this option to your booking during the online quoting / booking process.
For hires of 21 days or more that end in Toronto, Owasco will reimburse the campground accommodation costs for the last night (receipt required).
For hires of 21 days or more that end in Vancouver, Go West will cover the cost for the last night's accommodation at the Cariboo campground in Burnaby. Please keep the receipt and Go West will reimburse you at drop-off.
If you rent for 21 days or more with drop off in Calgary, and spend your final night at the Calgary West Campground, Go West will reimburse the cost for this night (receipt required). If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please discuss this with the Go West staff at pick-up time.
- For hires between 27-41 days: 5% off
- For hires of 42 days or more: 10% off
These discounts apply to the daily rates, all inclusive option, 100 km / day and unlimited km option only, and are not applicable to extras, such as the Northern Surcharge or one-way fees.
All prices are calculated by adding all rental days together, allowing for the number of days that fall within each 'season'. The pick-up and drop-off days are added together and counted as one day, i.e. only nights are counted in the same way that hotels charge on a per night basis.
The cancellation fees apply as stated in Motorhome Bookers' booking conditions.
If the vehicle is collected later than the pick-up day booked, or returned earlier than booked no refunds will be provided.
