* The vehicle must be returned with the interior in a clean condition. The rental company reserves the right to charge a fee of € 125 (£ 100) if the interior of any returned vehicle is excessively dirty. Toilets and waste water tanks must be completely emptied and the fuel tanks must be full or an additional fee of € 125 (£ 100) will be charged. The LPG gas bottle does not have to be returned full.
When calculating the total price all rental days are added up according to the number of days that fall within each 'season'. Rentals are charged on a calender day basis, i.e. an rental from Sunday to Saturday is 7 days.
The following long-hire discount applies off the daily rental rates and will automatically be factored into the total price when calculating pricing online on the Motorhome Bookers website:
- 5% for hires of 11 days or more
- 10% for hire of 21 days or more
The cancellation fees apply as stated in Motorhome Bookers' booking conditions.
If the vehicle is collected later than the pick-up day booked, or returned earlier than booked no refunds will be provided.
