* The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean state. The rental company reserves the right to charge a fee of € 200 if the interior of any returned vehicle is excessively dirty. Toilets and waste water tanks must be completely emptied and the fuel tanks must be full or further fees will be charged. The LP Gas bottle does not have to be returned full.
When calculating the total price all rental days are added up according to the number of days that fall within each 'season'. The pick-up and drop-off days are counted as one day in total (as long as the sum of these two days does not exceed 24 hours), i.e. the rates are counted on a nightly basis in the same way that hotels do this.
The cancellation fees apply as stated in Motorhome Bookers' booking conditions.
If the vehicle is collected later than the pick-up day booked, or returned earlier than booked no refunds will be provided.
