For flex rate bookings the following applies: The flex rate that is available at the time
of booking for the first rental day determines the daily rental rate for the entire
rental period up to the 40th day. Rentals of more then 40 days are on request only.
Pick-up and drop-off days are counted as one day in total, i.e. each rental night is
used for the price calculation in the same way this is done by hotels. To find out
which flex rate is currently valid for the vehicle you are interested in, just click
for a price calculation for the desired rental duration. The flex rate is calculated
by the rental company on the basis of supply and demand and is
adjusted every Monday.
NOTE: If you wish to make any alterations to your booking the booking will be calculated by using
either the original flex rate or the flex rate that is valid at the time of the booking change,
depending on whichever rate is higher.
The following situations are classified as booking alterations:
- Change of date for vehicle pick-up or drop-off
- Change of location (depot) for vehicle pick-up or drop-off
- Change of vehicle category
- Name change

- Pick-up between 0800 and 1100hrs (otherwise between 1300 and 1600hrs)
(with pick-up from 01 Nov 09 only!):
5% off the rental rates for rentals of 18 days or more,
10% if you rent for at least 26 days
