- Vehicle insurance (rental vehicle only) with € 1,000 excess per incident*
- Insurance cover for 'freak' damage (driver not at fault, e.g. hail, windscreen damage, etc) with an excess of € 300 per incident
- Insurance for third parties with a maximum sum insured of € 50 million for people and their property (€ 8 million cover per injured person)
- VAT tax (19%)

- Free travel allowance to drive to countries outside of Germany (for details and restrictions please refer to the section 'Driving Restrictions')
- General equipment for the respective vehicle
- Fiat vehicle guarantee and breakdown service

- Pick-up/Drop-off on Saturdays is available (some exceptions apply) and is automatically factored into the online price calculation

*In Germany they differentiate between each type of insurance, i.e. the rental company has taken out separate insurance cover to protect the renter in regards to freak damage where the driver is not at fault, third party cover for people/property and cover for damage to the rental vehicle.
The compulsory vehicle prepration fee is automatically factored into the total price when you click for your online quote / booking on www.motorhomebookers.com.
The price per hire depends on which motorhome you choose and can be found on the 'Rates' page within the McRent section of our website.
This fee includes the following provisions:
- Standard equipment (for details on the contents refer to the section 'Equipment & Extras')
- First fill of the 2 propane gas bottles
- Initial provision of toilet chemicals
- Exterior vehicle cleaning
- Fresh water tank purification
- Detailed 'show-through' of the vehicle at pick-up
The following long-hire discounts apply off the daily rental rates and will be automatically factored into the total price during the online price calculation on www.motorhomebookers.com.
- 3% for 21 - 30 day hires
- 5% for hires of 31 days or more
When calculating the total price all rental days are added up according to the number of days that fall within each 'season'. The pick-up and drop-off days are counted as one day in total as long as the sum of these two days does not exceed 24 hours, i.e. the rates are counted on a nightly basis in the same way that hotels do this. Every night is charged according to the season that applies to that night.
The cancellation fees apply as stated in Motorhome Bookers' booking conditions.
If the vehicle is collected later than the pick-up day booked, or returned earlier than booked no refunds will be provided.
